The Seventh Annual Conference on Communication Networks and Services Research (CNSR 2009) will be held in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, May 11-13, 2009 at the Delta Hotel Moncton. This annual conference is jointly sponsored by the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency's Atlantic Innovation Fund, Dalhousie University, Université de Moncton and University of New Brunswick. The proceedings from the CNSR2009 conference will be archived in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library (subject to approval). CNSR 2009 is sponsored in cooperation with the IEEE Communications Society and the Association of Computing Machinery (subject to approval). TECHNICAL TOPICS Technical full papers, short papers and posters describing original research in the field of communication networks and services are invited.
